Faithless in Death by J. D. Robb

Faithless in Death is the 52nd book in the In Death series. I’m not sure how J.D. keeps coming up with new cases, but I’ll keep reading them! I’m slowly catching up!

A quote from Faithless in Death by JD Robb

Eve tends to the paperwork from the last case. She completes it before going to a crime scene. When Eve and Peabody arrive at the scene, they discover the body in the studio. The body showed evidence of trauma to the back of the head with a mallet.

The woman who reported the murder didn’t stay at the crime scene, but returned home, which led Eve to question why. Eve discovers that the witness had a relationship with the victim. At first, Eve believes the witness is involved with the murder.

Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)

In Faithless in Death, Eve discovers that the killer is linked to Natural Order, a cult full of crazy, bigoted people. This, in turn, makes her turn her investigative eye to the cult. What exactly are they up to? Will Eve be able to close them down completely?

Faithless In Death is NOT available on Kindle Unlimited (I wish!). This story is #52 of J.D. Robb’s In Death series. Eve must work with many agencies to bring down the Natural Order cult.
