Since I was reading these as a boxed set, I continued right on reading with Hidden by Night. This time, a ghost has come a-calling.
Acelina Bisset is a Homicide detective in Philadelphia. She has a reputation for handling the weird and kooky homicides. She loves to debunk the supernatural aspects. But she realizes that the supernatural is now part of her world. Ace learns more and more about her powers each day.
In the second book, Ace shares her bed with all four of her gargoyles- just at different times. Well, unless it’s with the twins. They share her.
Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In Hidden by Night, a ghost comes through the rift and starts to hurt men and boys. Ace has to figure out what the ghost is after and why she’s so upset. Luckily she has her gargoyles to help her figure things out. Want to know more? Read it!
This book is a reverse harem. If you’re not sure what that is, just understand that Ace gets down and dirty with all four guys at some point (not all at once). If you’re looking for steamy, you’ve found the right book. Did I mention there are twins in this one? These are on Kindle Unlimited as a set or as separate books.

My plan for 2021 is to write a blog post for each book I read. Last year, I read 150 books. We’ll see how I do this year.
