Cozy Mystery

If the Broom Fits by Sara Bourgeois

After Sweet Saboteur, I was still in the mood for a cozy mystery. I had borrowed this complete series in one book through Kindle Unlimited. Well, I don’t just claim that as one book in my reading challenge. I do each individual book. The first one is If the Broom Fits.

Since she’s running out of money, she decides to head off to Coventry where her great aunt Maude left her a house.

Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)

In If the Broom Fits, Brighton arrives in Coventry and promptly trips over a body behind the local diner. While the local sheriff is investigating, Brighton seems to have a knack of finding out what happened in the mystery. There are some sparks flying between Brighton and Thorn the sheriff. But then they’re flying some with Remy, the witch that works in the archives. But Remy is a member of the Skeenbauer witches coven. Who actually killed the man behind the diner? Read it and see!

Recommendation?

This one is available on Kindle Unlimited. If the Broom Fits is a light, cute, cozy, paranormal mystery. If you love a cozy mystery with magic involved, you’ll like this one.

My plan for 2021 is to write a blog post for each book I read. Last year, I read 150 books. This was number 150 for 2021. I have a lot more to write blog posts about. So yes, I have beaten my amount from last year.
