Natural Dual-Mage is the next book in the Demon Days, Vampire Nights series. While this does have Reagan and Darius in it, they aren’t the main characters, but supporting ones. This is the last one featuring Penny Bristol, the witch that Reagan found cowering in the closet at that church.

In this world, there are witches and warlocks, mages, shifters (weredogs, etc), merpeople, vampires, and demons. Penny Bristol is not just a witch. She is a natural mage. Penny can pull elements out of the air around her to create spells, instead of relying on ingredients that have been collected. There are few natural mages out there, like Emery Westbrook.

Emery is back and refuses to leave Penny again. While he’s accepted that he’s in love with Penny, he is hesitant about going through the dual-mage bond with her after his experience with losing his brother.

Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In Natural Dual-Mage, Emery trains with Penny. Dairus and others try to convince Emery that he and Penny need to be a Dual-Mage pair. Penny is willing to go with what he decides, knowing that he’s the more experienced of the pair. But this is all leading up to a battle with the Mage’s Guild. Who will win? Read it and see!
