Possession in Death is the 31.5th story in the In Death series. This story is one of the paranormal short stories. I had read it before, but I forgot a lot of the details.
After learning about the series for the first time back in 2001, I promptly read them all. At least, I read all of those books that had been released. But somewhere along the line, I stopped reading the current ones so I needed to go back and read the series again. That’s why I’m re-reading these.
The cookout that Eve had set in motion in Indulgence in Death actually takes place here in Possession. What a collection of characters were present at the cookout! Father Lopez had to leave the cookout early so Eve offered to drive him.
Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In Possession in Death, Eve sees a woman who is dying while taking Father Lopez back to the church. Eve is seized by the woman and then possessed by her. As a result of the possession, Eve can now speak Russian. Eve must find out what happened to Beata. Will Eve find her?

Possession In Death is NOT available on Kindle Unlimited. This book is #31.5 of J.D. Robb’s In Death series. This one is a short story so a really quick read.
