After reading the first- Riley Thorn and the Dead Guy Next Door, I immediately had to go on to read the next- Riley Thorn and the Corpse in the Closet. I couldn’t resist more Riley and Nick.
Thanks to Nick, Riley is no longer paying her ex-husband money. Now she’s working as Nick’s office manager. But that doesn’t stop Nick’s ex-partner on the police force from asking Riley for help.
Nick doesn’t want Riley involved in investigations anymore. After her close call with death in the last book, he wants to keep her under wraps. In fact, he moved in with her and now they have the whole top floor.

In Riley Thorn and the Corpse in the Closet, Nick’s ex-partner asks Riley to help find out what happened to the Instagram star that was found dead in the closet. Riley’s strict grandmother also arrives to ensure that Riley is using her gifts. Add Nick’s parents to the cast of characters and you get a big ole mess.
