Cozy Mystery Mystery

Southern Myths by Amy Boyles

After reading Unfurl, I couldn’t read another romance as I couldn’t let go of Rafe and Belle. So I decided to continue the Sweet Tea Witch Mysteries with Southern Myths.

A quote from Southern Myths by Amy Boyles

At the end of Southern Spells, Pepper received a dragon egg. What was she supposed to do with a dragon egg? Evidently her grand uncle Donovan ordered it for her, but Pepper considers selling it.

After the dragon hatches and calls Pepper “Mama”, Pepper decides to sell the dragon as all she can see is the dragon burning down the neighborhood. A traveling showman Mysterio buys the dragon from Pepper. Of course her grandmother tells her that she needed to keep the dragon. It was bought specifically for her.

Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)

In Southern Myths, Pepper and her grandmother Betty see Mysterio killed with his cape. Who did it and why? Axel Reign helps Pepper and blows hot and cold with her.

Recommendation?

This cozy mystery series (of which there are 26 books! well #26 is coming out this month) is available on Kindle Unlimited. This one features a dragon so of course I loved it. As I’m a huge sweet tea drinker, I love how sweet tea features in the story.
