The Bennet Uncle intrigued me when I saw it on the Amazon website. I love reading variations where they add in a family member. This one is on Kindle Unlimited.
In this variation, Mr. Bennet has an uncle who should have inherited Longbourn, but instead renounces it so that it went to Mr. Bennet’s father. The uncle became a world traveler, spending many years in Africa.
The Bennets of Longbourn receive a letter from this uncle. They respond, welcoming him to join them. Little do they know just how much their lives are going to change.

The Bennet Uncle takes place after Kent in canon. Lydia does not go with the Foresters to Brighton and Lizzy does not travel to Derbyshire with the Gardiners. Instead, the uncle arrives and throws everything into chaos. Did I mention that there’s a duchess involved? How does she play a role? This one is on Kindle Unlimited for all those who have KU.
