I’ve been waiting since I read Till This Night to read The Forever Kind. We knew that it was Cleo and Antony, but we hadn’t really met Antony yet. This one was released on May 22.
Cleo Cooper is the next youngest of the Cooper sisters. She shares a flat with Juliet. This book has some overlap of events with Till This Night. After a failed relationship in college, Cleo prefers her romance in books.
Antony Marcello is a professional footballer. Yes, this book takes place in England. So for us from the States, he’s a soccer player. Antony hires Cleo and her partner Verity to plan his best friend and his fiancée’s engagement party. Since Verity is off vacationing, Cleo must deal with Antony and all the planning.
Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In The Forever Kind, Antony works to convince Cleo that they are meant to be. Cleo refuses to have a relationship. She will not put herself out there to be humiliated again like she was in college. Will Antony change her mind? Read it and find out.
Recommendation?
This is on Kindle Unlimited. Koko Heart tugs all the heartstrings with the Cooper sisters. Yes, I laughed and cried with this one. If you’re a Shakespeare fan, trust me, you want to read these. I loved that he fell first and the fact that his parents are also Antony and Cleopatra. Such a good book! Highly recommend reading it.
