I had been meaning to get around to reading The Nature of Secrets since it came out in March, but I hadn’t gotten around to it until now. Oh my. I wish I had read the book sooner because it’s oh so good!
Finley O’Sullivan is a legal investigator working for her godfather Jack Finnegan. Their newest client is keeping something from them, which just makes Finley keep on digging.
The new client is the wife of a man who was murdered. As normal, the wife is the prime suspect. So Finley does what she can to find anything that could cause Jack a headache during the trial if it comes to that.
Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In The Nature of Secrets, Finley is still dealing with the fallout from her husband’s murder and her rape. She learns quite a few secrets in this book. Plus, she does find out about her husband’s past. Will she be able to save their client or is the client the killer?
