The One Who Loves You is Pippa Grant’s first traditionally published book that is being published through Montlake. While this is not technically connected to her other books, they do mention some of her characters (like a Levi Wilson concert) and the Kangapoo products (that Luca from Real Fake Love promotes). But they aren’t necessary to to read the story.
Are you new to Pippa Grant? Want to know the reading order of her self-published books? Check it out here.

Phoebe Lightly is a socialite whose entire worth is wrapped up in who her family is and being the first Lightly to head Remington Lightly (her family business) since her great-grandfather.

Teague Miller is a grumpy lumberjack fisherman who sells real estate in Tickled Pink while raising a daughter with his ex-wife and her current wife.

Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In The One Who Loves You, Phoebe’s grandmother almost dies by choking. As a result, she decided that the family needed redeeming. Estelle Lightly bribes and blackmails her family into moving to Tickled pink, Wisconsin. What happens when Phoebe and Teague meet? Read the book to find out!
Recommendation?
If you’re thinking how Schitt’s Creek-esque The One Who Loves You is, well, you would be right. Just like Schitt’s Creek, I had to plow through some chapters to really get into the story. But once Phoebe and Teague had wrapped their tendrils around my heart, there was no stopping me from finishing.
I laughed, I cried. Yes, I ran the full gamut of emotions with this one. While not as laugh out loud funny as her other books (yes, I’ve literally fallen off my bed from laughing so hard), this one takes us on a journey with Phoebe as she figures out who she is and where she really wants to be. AND this one comes out TOMORROW- July 12. It will be on Kindle Unlimited.

My plan for 2022 is to write three blog posts a week- one about a fantasy book, one about a mystery book, and one about a romance book (with some posts about series thrown in). This one is a romance so if you’re a romance lover, then you’ll want to check it out!
