After reading Sara’s The Rest is History, I had to read her newest book, The Reluctant Billionaire. I really do need to go back and read the rest of hers. It just hasn’t happened yet.
Carlotta Montefiore-Charlton works hard. She and her brother are custom builders. They also give to the surrounding areas. This leads to the charitable project that Lotta works on and meets Aide.
Aidan Duffy might appear to be a rough-and-tumble builder, but in actuality, he’s a tech genius. In fact, he’s a tech billionaire. But he comes from humble roots and that leads Lotta to underestimate him.
Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In The Reluctant Billionaire, Aide and Lotta work together to revamp a community centre. In fact, it’s the community centre that Aide grew up visiting. Aide is still heavily involved with the centre, which is why he helps get the funding for the project. But when Lotta shows up to work, Aide is discombobulated by her. Want to know why he’s so out of sorts? Read it and find out!
Recommendation?
This one is on Kindle Unlimited and definitely worth the read. Lotta and Aide both have some work to do on themselves in this one. But trust me, you’ll want to be along for the ride!
