Tomb & Tulip by Mara Webb

After reading Death & Dahlia, I decided to finish up the series in Raven Bay with the last one- Tomb & Tulip. It takes place a few months after Death & Dahlia.

Astrid hasn’t seen Evan in months. She refuses to go out, even though Owen keeps asking her. Instead Attie only goes to her job at the local newspaper and her mom’s store.

Astrid’s editor asks her to investigate what is going on with these people volunteering. They work at picking up the trash along the shore in the cold while wearing short sleeves. As Astrid is avoiding her mother, who is trying to locate her father, Astrid jumps at the opportunity to get away.

Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)

In Tomb & Tulip, Astrid finds Evan and not where you would expect him to be. How does this series wrap up? Will Astrid find her dad? Read it and see!

Recommendation?

Tomb & Tulip is available on Kindle Unlimited. It’s the last of the Raven Bay Mysteries series. While I enjoyed the first three, this one felt rushed. It almost seemed like the author was anxious to finish this one and move on. This one doesn’t feel as cohesive as the others.
