I have started listening to books that I’ve read before (only way that I can do an audiobook). I was able to get Tribute as an audiobook on Chirp on sale. But I had to reread it as well since listening doesn’t allow me to grab quotes!
Cilla McGowan grew up in the limelight and on television. She had a role on a family sitcom and was washed up before the age of 18. But through her ex-husband, Steve, Cilla discovered that she wanted to build. She likes rehabbing houses and purchases her grandmother’s farm from her mother.
Ford Sawyer lives across the street from Cilla’s farm that she decides to restore and live in. When he sees her, he’s struck with inspiration as he’s a graphic novelist. Ford decides to base a new character for a new novel on Cilla.
Brief Summary (while trying not to give everything away)
In Tribute, Cilla discovers love letters to her grandmother in the attic that had been written by a married man. While she tries to subtly discover who the married man is, someone terrorizes Cilla by vandalizing the house as well as hurting a friend. Will she and Ford figure out who it is?
This book is available wherever you buy books. This is one that I own a hardback copy, a Kindle copy, and an audio copy. The audio book is fantastic with the narrator doing a good job with the various voices.

I write three blog posts a week- one about a fantasy book (published on Thursdays), one about a mystery book (published on Saturdays), and one about a romance book (published on Mondays). This one is a romance so if you’re a romance lover, you’ll want to check it out!
